How to Build a World Changing Female Run Business

Ready to turn your business vision into a legend? Hell yeah, let’s go! This blog post is meant to be a guide for visionary female entrepreneurs who are all about dreaming big and aligning their business with those wild dreams.

First Step: Know your vision

That’s your north star, your rebel yell guiding every decision and strategy. However, before you even think about laying that first brick of your entrepreneurial empire, you need to get clear on what sets your soul on fire. Write down your vision, mission, and purpose – and let them be your war cries, not just some corporate mumbo jumbo.

Developing with Devan’s vision is to create a world filled with unapologetically successful women. This vision helps me figure out what my business needs to aim for. It’s what keeps me on track and keeps me going. It’s something that others can support and get behind as well.

Second Step: Know what makes you stand out

What makes you stand out in a sea of dreamers? Do your homework. Research who’s doing what and how you can kick it up a notch with your unique vibe. It’s all about understanding the gaps you’re here to fill with your kickass offerings.

If you struggle to find out what makes you unique, just remember that there will never be another person like you. A good starting point when trying to figure out what makes you stand out is to remember you are what makes your business unique.

Third Step: Make sure your service (or product) aligns with your vision AND solves a problem

Make sure it screams your vision and brings real value to your people. Create an offer funnel that goes from “Hey, check this out” free content to “Hell yes, I need this” premium offers.

If you can’t explain what your service does and how it aligns with your vision, then others won’t be able to know either.

Time to hit the stage with your offer. Show up where your message gets heard loud and clear. It doesn’t matter whether it’s ruling social media, networking like a boss, or grabbing the mic at speaking gigs, make sure you embody your business vision.

So, What Happened When I Did This?

My business journey is all about creating a world where women are unapologetically successful. Fighting my own perfectionism demons and showing up 100% real, I aligned every action with my vision to empower women and it landed me in the world of helping my fellow women in business.

And guess what?

  • I went from making less than $300 a month in my business to making over $6000 per month.
  • I went from a calendar filled with “busy work” to a calendar filled with dream clients.
  • I went from questioning my worth as a business owner to knowing without a doubt that I am worthy of everything I desire.

So, to make it clear and concise, here is your checklist:

  1. Know your vision
  2. Know what makes you unique
  3. Does your offer match your vision AND solve a problem
  4. Show up
